We've curated the perfect heart warming , self loving night for you all to enjoy. Come meet old and new friends, shop local vendors, and eat/ drink nourishing goodies from Whitechapel.

**Self Love Workshop:**

A 75 minute specially curated workshop to dive deeper into yourself, open your heart, and drift away from the outside noise.

Cacao Ceremony, meditation and reiki with Joi Iacono and Sound Bath with Michele Martone.

A cacao ceremony is a sacred and intentional gathering that involves the ceremonial consumption of raw cacao. Originating from ancient indigenous traditions in Central and South America, cacao ceremonies are widely embraced, to connect with the spirit of cacao and experience it’s heart opening and grounding properties. The ceremony includes meditation, sharing intentions, creating a supportive environment for inner reflection, emotional release, and connection with others.

Cacao is believed to enhance mindfulness and facilitate a deeper connection with oneself and the surrounding community during these ceremonial gatherings.

You will be bathed in sound with Michele Martone of Bowls of Sound. This immersive experience will cleanse, restore and balance the chakras through sound healing. Joi Iacono of From Crown Down will guide a meditation and Michele will compose a sweet symphony of charka sounds. During the sound bath energy healing (Reiki) will be administered.

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillow and are welcome to bring any other props that bring further warmth and comfort.
